At 08:05 hours local time, the Antillia Emergency Services Dept. issued a weather alert for the island of Antillia and surrounding vicinity. All island parks, resorts, and ports are temporarily closed in preparation for hurricane landfall. Watercraft and aircraft are highly advised to return to their point of origin immediately.
